Participatory Rights in International Environmental Law

The purpose of this timely seminar is to discuss the legal developments in this field based on the actual practice of States with respect to the Aarhus Convention and regional human rights conventions. The seminar speakers, who are leading experts and practitioners in the field of environmental law and human rights, will address these developments and discuss current application of law as regards public participation in environmental matters both at global and regional levels.
